Birthday Party/Group Bookings on weekends

• The open-hour booking is for 1 hour of climbing, followed by one optional bonus hour in the Party Room.
• Price includes harness rentals, exclusive access to one of the climbing rooms during the first hour, private belayer(s) for your group, and an optional hour in Party Room afterwards.
• Shoes not included, and bare/socked feet are not options. Please bring clean indoor runners or rent climbing shoes for $6 at the front desk (and show up a bit early to arrange it!)
• All participants must have a current waiver on file. They should be filled out online in advance at OVERhang.ca
• Spectators may watch from upstairs. Anyone in the climbing space (of any age) is considered a participant and counts towards the group size. We staff our bookings accordingly.
• Pricing based on group size (as of September 1, 2023):
  • 1-5 participants:     $150+GST
  • 6-10 participants:   $250+GST
  • 11-15 participants: $300 +GST

Group bookings are not included in memberships.

Must be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow us to confirm staff availability. On occasion we can accommodate shorter timelines – just ask the manager and let them get back to you!

Notes:
-OVERhang staff do not directly supervise the Party Room hour, and we do have expectations around how the space may be used and the condition it must be left in when your group is done.
-There is no price difference if you choose not to use the Party Room hour.
