Advanced First Aid (Previously OFA3)

This course runs Monday-Friday the weeks of April 14th and April 21st. Please note this course does not run on the weekend.
This is a WorkSafeBC course and covers all the necessary components to certify the successful student for a period of 3 years.
Duration: 70 hours (10 days)
Time: 8:30 - 4:30
Cost: $1200.00 +GST
Pre-Requisites and course expectations:
- 16 years of age (16-18 years old will receive a restricted ticket)
- Must be physically able to be on your knees for an extended period of time
- Valid Picture ID or letter from employer stating your identity
- Must be able to complete paperwork and written exam
- Comfortable clothing and socks required for course training
- Completed medical form (supplied at registration)
- Pre-reading material for the course 2-3 hours
- 1-2 hours of homework each night (reading and questions)
- 2 hour written exam (113 questions) and 4 hour practical exam
Courses will run Monday through Friday for 2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
