Women's Climbing Program

 

Who is this course for?

  • Any woman that wants to learn more about climbing! Whether you are new to the sport or want to break into that next grade, this is for you.
  • It is a safe space where you can build physical fitness and confidence in your climbing with a supportive group of female-identifying people with similar interests.
  • The course will cover technique, training fundamentals, conditioning, and more!
  • You will get the most out of the course if you climb level OH3 and below.

 

When will it be running?

  • Intermittent Saturday evenings starting on Saturday March 27
  • 6 sessions total
  • Dates: March 27th, April 17, May 1, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 19
  • (due to a provincial health order restricting adult group fitness, we cancelled April 17 and added June 19).
  • Each session will span 7:00pm-9:30pm.

 

TRY IT OUT First! Optional Evening for Beginners:

  • On Saturday March 13, you are welcome to join us for a single session.
  • It is an opportunity for beginners to get acquainted with climbing and see if the program is for them.
  • You can make a reservation for this night without committing to the 6 following sessions.

 

Pricing and Dates:

  • Trial course March 13th:  $15+GST for members, $30+GST for non-members.
  • 6 week program: $180+GST for members, $250+GST for non-members.
  • All pricing includes rental harnesses & shoes for all sessions, for anyone that doesn't already own them.
