Reserve your spot on a Saturday!

OVERhang is open 12pm-4pm on Saturdays by reservation only.  (Read to the bottom for info about drop-ins during those times).

Reserve a 2 hour time slot to climb at OVERhang with your friends. This is a great way to ensure you get a guaranteed designated climbing time while having fun in a physically distanced way.

 

How It Works:

  • 2 hour time slots (12pm-2pm, or 2pm-4pm).
  • Maximum 20 climbers in the entire facility.
  • Members reserve their slots for free!
  • Climb with the same group of people for the entire time (no changeover!)
  • Book your time up to 10 days in advance.
  • Enjoy 2 hours of fun and socially distanced climbing with your peeps.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Paying clients: cancel within 24 hours by phone or email to receive a refund. No refund for no-shows.

Members: will be given a warning if they do not show up for their time slot and do not notify staff 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows will result in a loss of that member's privilege to reserve for free.  We don't actually expect this to happen, as we have a wonderful membership of supportive, responsible individuals!

Notes:

  • This is a trial for January and February... after that we'll consider whether this program will continue or not, or possibly be expanded into other operational hours.  Many gyms in BC are solely operating on a reservation basis since they reopened mid 2020.  We chose not to go that way, seeking other ways to manage our reduced capacity of 20.  We tried Members Only Saturdays for the last few months of 2020 and had very little uptake, so now we are exporing something different!
  • Didn't reserve a spot, and want to drop in?  Give us a call to find out if all 20 spots are reserved.  Or drop by and try your luck!  You'll still be limited to one of the time slots (12pm-2pm or 2pm-4pm), even if you show up partway through.
  • If you'd prefer to have the whole gym to yourself and 5 other people in your bubble, then make a private group booking on a Saturday night or Sunday morning (weekends alternating with route setting).
