Bootcamp Classes

OVERhang offers a variety of multi-level Bootcamp classes.   

All of our classes incorporate cardiovascular and strength intervals, with core conditioning training. With an endless variety of exercises, indoor and outdoor training, and experienced, Certified Personal Trainers... you will get the RESULTS that you are looking for.

Feeling a little intimidated?  Don't be.  These classes are for people looking to get fit, as well as for those who want to stay fit.  Trainer Kim adjusts to meet YOUR needs and abilities, no matter where you're starting from.

Classes run in a 6 week set. You can decide how many classes per week you would like to participate in, and mix and match the classes to meet your schedule. Prices are for the 6 week set.
1 class per week $60.00 plus GST
2 classes per week $120.00 plus GST
3 classes per week $180.00 plus GST
4 classes per week $240.00 plus GST
