Fitness Classes!

Buy your 10 visit punch card online today and pick it up at the front desk when you come in! Punch cards can be used for all Fitness classes that have not reached the maximum registrations. Check the website for full program information and availability. Drop-ins are first come, first serve... if the class is full, registered participants for that class get first dibs.

Who are our programs designed for?

The answer is YOU!

We have Fitness Programs for ages 2 years and up. Offering everything from Tabata, Boxing, Bootcamps, Snowshoe bootcamps, Tough Mudder training, and so much more!  Check out our pages for more information about our programs.

 

 

 

How do I register for fitness or specialty classes?

You can register in several easy ways:
 
  • Securely online with credit card or PayPal by clicking the Buy Now button below your desired program
  • In person with cash, debit or credit card
  • By phone at 250-563-2547.
* You should consult your physician before starting any exercise program.  Every Participant will be asked to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire), prior to the start of the first class
 

 

 

When can I register?

  • You can register as soon as a program is up on the OVERhang website.
  • Registration must be paid in full to hold your spot.    
  • Registration deadline is 48 hours prior to the start date of the program (see how this relates to the cancellation policy below).
  • If the class is confirmed (because minimum numbers have registered before the deadline), then more participants are welcome to register after the deadline.
 

 

 

 

What is OVERhang's Cancellation Policy?

  • Programs that do not meet the class minimum by the regisration deadline will be canceled.  All registered Participants will then receive a full refund.
  • No pro-rating, no substitutions, and no refunds (other than stated above) will be provided.

 

 

What do I need for Fitness Programs?

 

  • A great attitude!
  • We ask our participants to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and appropriate footwear for your program.
  • If you are joining our Boxing Bootcamps, you may want to bring your own gloves but we do have a few extra pairs.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move around with ease.
  • We do have changeroom and shower facilities!
