4 days, over the course of two weekends (June 22,23,29,30). May involve an overnight experience the night of June 29!  Location: Prince George (details to be announced).

There are wilderness emergencies that require first aid skils, decision making, leadership, and wilderness survival skills... and sometimes urban disasters that need similar expertise.  Advanced Wilderness First Aid is essential in any disaster situation. Too often we depend on hospitals and paramedics. In addition to remote settings, what if they are unable to reach you because of washed out roads and bridges, wildfires, snow storms, or slides?

You must be prepared to take care of yourself, your students, your friends, your family, your community.  This training will give you the confidence to deal with nearly any level of emergency.
